BreakBox Thought Collective’s Sound healing and vibrational acoustic program blends popular love of music with the healing power of positive vibrations.

The Indigo Sessions places sound healers, musicians, and vocalists together in an improvisational sound spa setting leaving people entertained and entrained. Entrainment refers to the natural process of a rhythmic pattern used to entrain brainwaves to a slower rhythm, in order to bring about a state of deep relaxation. Sound can be used to rebalance the nervous system, boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, increase circulation, and balance the right and left sides of the brain creating a state of calm. Many people describe feeling a natural “high” after having a session.

This program teaches vibrational literacy and the use of harmonic intervals to produce energy shifts that help build resilience. The Indigo Sessions artists in residence produce the soundtracks for PWR Media films and music videos, as well as scores for Blacklight Unlimited’s stage plays.
